As at 30 March 2012, EMED Mining had:

  • 965.7 million shares on issue and does not hold any shares in treasury; and
  • 85.6 million options and warrants on issue, with various exercise prices ranging from 4.1p to 23.8p and expiry dates ranging from 27 April 2012 to 27 December 2016.

A total of 1,051.3 million shares fully-diluted in accordance with the foregoing assumptions.

Other than under corporate law, there are no restrictions on the transfer of any securities.

As at 30 March 2012, the significant shareholders in the Company are:

  • Resource Capital Funds 17.3% (fully-diluted 15.9%)
  • Yanggu Xiangguang Copper Co. Ltd 10.9% (fully-diluted 10.0%)
  • RBC Asset Management 10.2% (fully-diluted 9.3%)
  • RMB Holdings 7.0% (fully-diluted 6.4%)
  • MRI Group 3.3% (fully-diluted 3.0%)
  • Standard Life 3.0% (fully-diluted 2.7%)
  • Management and Board of Directors 2.3% (fully-diluted 6.9%)

The percentage shareholding shown above for management and the Board of Directors represents the percentage of shares not in public hands.
